Gaztedi Dantzari Taldea leads a romería, a traditional open-air dance gathering, in Plaza Basarrate in the Santutxu neighbourhood on Thursday 24 December at 17:00. It is part of Dantza Plazetan 2026, Bilbao City Council's year-long programme of 58 free Basque folklore events across the city's neighbourhoods, featuring romerías, street parades, dance displays and giants' processions by local groups.
