Coral Escriny — Misatango
The Coral Escriny choir from Santpedor returns to the Kursaal in Manresa with a concert devoted to late twentieth-century Argentine choral music. The programme opens with Indianas, a 1967 suite by Carlos Guastavino made up of six pieces for choir and piano based on traditional Argentine melodies. It continues with Misa a Buenos Aires (Misatango), Martín Palmeri's 1996 work for choir, piano, bandoneon, string quartet, double bass and solo soprano, moving between power and subtlety over the rhythms of tango. The concert takes place on 28 November 2026 at 8 pm, with tickets from 10 to 15 €.
