Coque Malla: "La ópera de los tres centavos"
Coque Malla leads this staging of Bertolt Brecht's play with music by Kurt Weill, first performed in Berlin in 1928, at Teatro Gayarre in Pamplona. Based on John Gay's musical parody, the work exposes poverty, prostitution and abuse of power as a critique of capitalism. Directed by Mario Vega, with musical arrangements by Miguel Malla, costumes by Elda Noriega and five live musicians. The cast also includes Esther Izquierdo, Paula Iwasaki, Andrea Guash, Ruth Sánchez and Miquel Mars. Performances on Saturday 14 November 2026 at 20:00 and Sunday 15 at 19:00. Tickets: €26, €21 and €12.
