American literatures reading club (2026-2027): "Amarilla" (R.F. Kuang)

A session of the American literatures reading club devoted to "Amarilla" by R.F. Kuang, in which June Hayward steals the unpublished manuscript of a famous late writer and finds success passing it off as her own. Led by Amaia Ibarraran, the club explores works by authors from communities regarded as minorities in the United States, such as Native American, Chicano, African American and Asian American writers. The session is in Spanish, at 7 pm in the Amaritu room of the Casa de Cultura Ignacio Aldecoa in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Free admission.
