Santurtzi Film Club 2026-2027: "RUEGA POR NOSOTRAS" (Preview)
Santurtzi Film Club hosts a preview screening of "Ruega por nosotras", a 2026 Spanish film directed by Daniel Monzón, who co-wrote it with Jorge Guerricaechevarría. Set in 1974, it revisits the Patronato de Protección a la Mujer, a Franco-era institution that hundreds of thousands of young women passed through, drawing on historical records and the testimonies of women held in its centres.
