Santurtzi Film Club 2026-2027: "DE REPENTE" (Preview Screening)
Santurtzi Film Club presents a preview of "De repente", a 2026 French film directed by Ryûsuke Hamaguchi, who co-wrote it with Léa Le Dimna from a novel by Maho Isono and Makiko Miyano. Starring Virginie Efira, Tao Okamoto, Kyôzô Nagatsuka and Jean-Charles Clichet, it follows the friendship between Marie-Lou, who runs a care home built on listening and dignity, and Mari, a Japanese theatre director with cancer. The 196-minute screening, in original version with Spanish subtitles, takes place on 22 October 2026 at 18:00 at Serantes Kultur Aretoa, followed by a discussion with lecturer and critic Marta Piñol (Universitat de Barcelona). Tickets: €4.
