Santurtzi Film Club 2026-2027: "CALLE MÁLAGA"
Santurtzi Film Club screens "Calle Málaga", a 2025 Moroccan film directed by Maryam Touzani, who co-wrote it with Nabil Ayouch. Carmen Maura stars as a woman in Tangier who refuses to leave her home, alongside Marta Etura, Ahmed Boulane and María Alfonsa Rosso. Running 116 minutes, the film explores diaspora, belonging, personal independence, the will to live and generational differences in how we feel tied to a place. Screenings on 22 April 2027 at 18:00 and 21:00 at Serantes Kultur Aretoa. Tickets: 4 €.
