'Cid the de clown (new)' (BAMBALUA TEATRO)
Bambalua Teatro brings to Medina de Pomar a clown comedy for all ages about Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, El Cid. The show contrasts the historical figure with the legend shaped by his epic poem, revisiting episodes such as the oath at Santa Gadea, his exile and the capture of Valencia. El Cid, Aspavientos and the maid Ortigosa tell the story with songs, puppets and audience participation. The performance takes place on 14 November 2026 at 19:00 at the Salón-Fundación Caja Burgos and lasts 60 minutes. Tickets cost 4 euros. Part of the Circuitos Escénicos de Castilla y León programme.
