Organo Kontzertuak Series 2026: "Garaien arteko solasaldia. Iñaki Bermúdez"
Marking the bicentenary of Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga, the Palacio Euskalduna in Bilbao hosts a concert bringing together saxophonist Iñaki Bermúdez, the Cor Cererols choir and organist Joan Seguí around the theme of lament. The first half deals with death and mourning through works by Arriaga, Bach, Joan Cererols and Vicente Goicoechea; the second turns to nostalgia and longing for one's homeland, ending with "Agar dans le désert", Arriaga's last known work, and Miquel de Jorge's concerto "Albes i Nits".
