Lied Arriagan Series: "De París a Granada: homenaje a Manuel de Falla"
A voice and piano recital in the Lied Arriagan series devoted to Manuel de Falla. The programme traces the link between the French aesthetic the composer absorbed in Paris from 1907 to 1914, alongside Debussy and Ravel, and his creative maturity in Granada, where he settled in 1920. Works such as Siete canciones populares españolas and Homenaje pour le Tombeau de Claude Debussy are part of the story. Featuring soprano Pilar Alva-Martín and pianist Rubén Fdez. Aguirre, in a Teatro Arriaga production. At Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao at 19:30; tickets cost 18 €.
