Bibra Cycle 2026: Maruxak (11 November - Donostia/San Sebastián)
Maruxak, a drag collective formed in 2019 in the Mendillorri district of Pamplona, performs at Kutxa Fundazioa Kluba in San Sebastián as part of the Bibra cycle, part of Kutxa Fundazioa's performing arts programme. Blending drag, music and Basque tradition, the group reimagines folklore from a queer, community-based and activist perspective, challenging gender roles through shows such as Folklore Travesti. Winners of the LAIAK LGTBIQ+ award after performing across Navarre, they are preparing a new tour and an EP. The show starts at 20:00, with tickets at 15 or 18 €.
