CANDILEJA [Musicales para Todos] brings its new musical version of Cinderella to the Teatro Apolo in Miranda de Ebro, a show for the whole family. The title role is played by a young woman with Down syndrome, aiming to break stereotypes and show that everyone deserves to belong in society, symbolised by 'going to the ball'. In this telling, the stepmother and stepsisters are influencers obsessed with followers, and a slightly clumsy fairy encourages Cinderella to fight to be accepted and loved. The performance is on 28 November 2026 at 19:00 and lasts 75 minutes. Tickets cost 12 euros. Part of the Red de Teatros de Castilla y León programme.
