Basquerville Festibala 2026
Basquerville, the Basque design, technology and creativity festival run by the Basquerville Elkartea association, takes place in Vitoria-Gasteiz from 8 to 10 October under the theme ‘Izaera’ (identity or character), focusing on the people behind design. Speakers include Miguel Chevalier, Bürocratik, Soyun Park, Rifke Sadleir, Gab Bois and Izaskun Urkijo, with limited-capacity workshops on the 8th. On 7 October, ‘Portfolio Eguna’ offers portfolio reviews for students and young professionals, and on the 8th ‘Harroby’ showcases young Basque designers. Visitors can also screen-print the festival scarf themselves. Day tickets and a pass for the 9th and 10th are on sale.
