"Basatiak"

A screening in Pamplona of Basatiak, an animated film for children directed by Claude Barras (Switzerland, 2024, 87 minutes), shown in Basque. In a small village in the Borneo rainforest, a nature-loving child finds a baby orangutan on the oil palm plantation where her father works. Together with her cousin Selai, she stands up against the destruction of the forest, an adventure that helps them reconnect with their roots. The screening starts at 18:30 and is free, with prior registration required.
