Vitoria-Gasteiz Municipal Band 2026-2027: "The Time of Myths"
The Vitoria-Gasteiz Municipal Band, conducted by Luis Orduña, presents a concert inspired by the myths humanity once used to explain the origins and mysteries of life: gods, heroes and ancestral legends. The programme features works by Bert Appermont, including Ragnarök and Visions with saxophonist Vincent David as soloist, pieces by María Mendoza and Frank Ticheli, and the world premiere of Gurifesta, Javier Jacinto's tribute to Jesús Guridi. The concert takes place on 4 November 2026, from 19:30 to 21:00, at the Palacio de Congresos Europa.
