Bad Bilbao 2026: "LA PRIMERA EN MORIR" (premiere)
Premiere of "La primera en morir", a piece by María Pizarro programmed at BAD BILBAO, the 2026 Contemporary Theatre and Dance Festival. Pizarro writes, directs, choreographs and performs the work, playing a woman obsessed with horror films who, like a medium, moves through the genre's atmospheres, clichés and personal fantasies to star in her own terrifying fiction, using movement, text and sound. Music by Irene Novoa, lighting by Emilio Manzano. On 20 October 2026 at 19:30 at La Fundición in Bilbao. Running time 40 minutes; tickets cost 8 €.
