"Ama begira zazu"
"Ama begira zazu", the comedy that premiered 30 years ago and filled venues across the Basque Country, returns. The original cast featured José Ramón Soroiz, Mikel Garmendia, Kontxu Odriozola and Elena Irureta, directed by Eneko Olasagasti. The show is made up of six sketches: restaurant workers, a nun and a bishop, a stone lifter's impossible training, a Jehovah's Witness visiting two old ladies, a couple summering in Torremolinos and a Euskal Telebista reporter attempting a street survey. Humour and the hitano form of Basque take centre stage at Herri Antzokia in Legorreta on 16 October 2026 at 19:00. Tickets: €5.
