8th Moors and Christians Festival of the Vila de Gràcia
The Moors and Christians Festival reaches its eighth edition in Gràcia, Barcelona, on 24 October 2026, linked to Casa València a Barcelona. Festivities begin at 11 am, and at noon the entraeta parade starts with the filaes Templaris Albaida and Pirates Berberiscos de la Vila Joiosa, accompanied by the Societat Musical de la Pobla de Vallbona La Valenciana and La Colla Borumbaia. The route runs from Gran de Gràcia at Santa Àgata to the plaça de la Vila. Afterwards there is a community lunch at Còrsega 335 (children €8, general or vegan €15) and a performance by La Mentireta BCN. A care space is available, and the Xarxa Feminista del País Valencià will take part.
