U.Lab 2026: "An experience for leading from the emerging future"

U.Lab is a journey of personal, collective and systemic transformation focused on conscious leadership and impactful innovation. Inspired by the Theory U of MIT's Presencing Institute, it invites participants to let go of old patterns, listen more deeply, connect with intuition and shape new ideas through prototypes. This 12th edition is free thanks to the support of the Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa and runs from 8 October to 26 November 2026, with in-person sessions on Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00 at Medialab, Tabakalera, in San Sebastián. Registration is required.
