Comic workshops for children

Matadero Madrid offers a comic course designed for children, with no drawing experience required: all they need is a wish to have fun. Through basic notions and simple tricks, participants learn to invent their own characters and stories and turn them into comics, while exercising their imagination and artistic skills. The course is made up of three complementary workshops: character creation, how to make fun stories, and comic tricks for drawing like a pro. It is taught by Oscar Gordon and runs from 18 October to 13 December 2026. Price: 30 euros for all three sessions, plus booking fees; refunds are only given if the organisers cancel the activity.
