Book circle

A series of three shared reading sessions for babies and their families at Matadero Madrid. Each meeting focuses on a theme, such as storybook characters, first authors or first concepts, pairing picture books chosen for their sound and evocative images with varied storytelling techniques and playful, participatory activities that encourage attention, emotional connection and sensory engagement. The sessions are led by Teresa Corchete, a reading promotion specialist experienced in programmes for young children and families. Dates are 26 September, 10 October and 28 November. The fee is 30 euros for all three sessions plus booking charges, refunded only if the organisers cancel the activity.
