Castile And León Museum Of Contemporary Art, Musac (León). Temporary Exhibitions

MUSAC in León hosts several temporary exhibitions running until 18 October 2026. "Lugar del elogio" surveys recent decades of work by painter Carlos León, from his gardens to pieces made specially for the show. "Casi sistemas" explores how systems shaped art at the turn of the century, starting from "El 3 de mayo", a toy-brick work donated by Ai Weiwei. Visitors can also see Ana Laura Aláez's monumental installation "Pabellón de escultura", built from thirty-two aluminium sheets, and "¿No hay nada como el hogar?", which reflects on housing and today's ways of living together.
