"Industry, innovation and movement"

From 8 October 2026 to 10 January 2027, the Museo de la Industria Armera de Eibar hosts an exhibition marking one hundred years since G.A.C. began making bicycles in Eibar. After the crisis that followed the First World War, this arms manufacturer converted its gun-barrel machinery to produce bicycle tubes, a path later taken by Orbea and BH; by 1930 it had given up weapons entirely. Beyond the bicycles themselves, the exhibition traces how a society changed through one of its most everyday objects. Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday 16:00–20:00, Sundays 10:00–13:00.
