Virtual Gallery

This super high-resolution virtual exhibition lets visitors explore a selection of Irun's municipal painting collection, including around fifty works that are not usually on display, with details invisible to the naked eye. One section is devoted to Menchu Gal (1919-2008), showing 33 paintings grouped into seascapes, landscapes, still lifes and portraits. Another features artists from the municipal collection, such as Ignacio Zuloaga, José Antonio Sistiaga and painters of the Bidasoa School and their successors, arranged under the themes Irun and Other Themes. Available from March 2025 until the end of 2030, it was produced with European Next Generation funds.
