Exhibition "Modèliques. Ciutats i utopies 1859 - 1958"
Marking the Cerdà year, this exhibition at the Centre Obert d'Arquitectura in Barcelona is organised by the Generalitat de Catalunya, UPC and COAC. It brings together ten projects conceived between 1859 and 1958 that, somewhere between radical utopia and urban planning, changed how cities are imagined. Drawing on the legacy of Ildefons Cerdà and other visionary planners, it reflects on how these ideas might address social, environmental and territorial challenges. Open from 23 July to 18 October 2026, Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm, Sundays and public holidays 10am to 3pm. Free admission.
