Exhibition "L'era atòmica"

From 26 November 2026 to 17 May 2027, the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) hosts an exhibition on the atomic age, which began with the first nuclear test in the New Mexico desert in July 1945. Through 20th- and 21st-century art, it examines this new experience of time and its links to science, politics and culture. Around 250 works, including paintings, drawings, photographs, videos and installations, are shown alongside often unpublished documents, featuring artists such as Salvador Dalí, Marcel Duchamp, Eduardo Chillida, Hilma af Klint and Yoko Ono. General admission: €6; reduced: €4.
