Exhibition at Tabakalera: "Walker"

Tabakalera in San Sebastián presents Walker, an installation created for the centre by filmmaker Tsai Ming-Liang, featuring three audiovisual works and graphic pieces. Actor Lee Kang-Sheng, as a contemporary monk inspired by Xuanzang, shaven-headed, barefoot and in a red robe, walks with extreme slowness through the streets of Hong Kong, Taipei and Marseille. On show are Walker (2012), No Form (2012) and Journey to the West (2013), part of a series that values calm and patient observation. From 18 September to 6 December 2026, Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00. Free admission.
