"Elena Arrese. Suturas: space and passers-by"
An exhibition by Tolosa-born artist Elena Arrese, designed for both floors of the Atari space at Santa Teresa in San Sebastián. Working with painting and mixed media, she reuses fragments and offcuts of her earlier work, giving discarded material a second life. The show brings together large canvases evoking the urban and natural surroundings of Donostia, small works on cardboard displayed in glass boxes that capture the everyday life of passers-by, and 13 anthropomorphic sculptures made from waste materials. Runs from 10 September to 18 October 2026, free admission. Open Tuesday to Friday 17:00–20:00, Saturdays and holidays 11:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00, Sundays 11:00–14:00.
